Your responsibilities
- Build and evolve our NEX-AI products (voice agent, chat agent, phone agent and more) — end-to-end from prompt design through tool calling and LLM workflows to production deployment
- Deliver concrete AI use cases for Swiss SMEs — both inside Nexus companies and for external clients — including automations, AI agents, document recognition and workflow integrations
- Work cross-functionally with technical and business teams to integrate cleanly into existing processes and system landscapes
What you bring
- Ongoing or completed Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable field
- High fluency with modern AI development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, LLM agents, MCP servers) — you use them effectively every day
- Solid programming skills and experience setting up and operating production software projects
- Hands-on experience with modern web and cloud technologies (e.g. TypeScript, React/Next.js, Supabase, Vercel) or a comparable stack
- Awareness of security, secrets hygiene and data protection
- Independent, pragmatic working style — from analysis through to production-ready solution
- Very good German (C1) and good English
- A plus: exposure to voice AI, chatbots, LLM applications or workflow engines (e.g. n8n)
